1. Padel Course – Beginners (an introduction)

Never played padel before? This course is for you.
In just a few sessions, you will learn the basics and be able to play and enjoy the game from the very beginning.

  • Basic technique (forehand, backhand, volley)

  • Using the walls

  • Court positioning

  • Matches and scoring from the very first session

Goal: for you to be able to play matches confidently after a few weeks
Duration: 6 sessions, 1 hour per session.
Format: small groups


2. Padel Course – Doubles play and tactics

If you have already played a little but want to genuinely improve, this course will help you understand doubles play.
You will stop unnecessary running and start playing more intelligently.

  • Positioning as a pair

  • When to move to the net

  • Communication on court

  • Basic tactics for winning points

  • Guided matches and feedback


Goal: to develop your level and improve your game with a partner
Duration: 6 sessions, 1 hour per session
Format: fixed groups


3. Intensive Weekend – Padel as a pair

This format is aimed at players who already have experience and want to improve in a more competitive doubles environment.
Train with your partner over the weekend and work on real match situations under the guidance of a coach.

  • Small group training (only 2 pairs)

  • Fine-tuning technique and game control

  • Positioning and tactics as a pair

  • Real match situations

  • Concluding with a match where coaching takes place in real-time

Goal: to improve doubles performance and decision-making during matches
Format:
Saturday: 1.5 h in the morning + 1.5 h in the afternoon
Sunday: guided match + final feedback


Group: 2 pre-formed pairs (4 players)
Level: beginner / intermediate players


4. Padel for kids and youth – Weekly summer coaching

The sessions are designed so that children and young people can learn, improve, and enjoy padel in a fun and energetic environment during the summer.

Groups are divided by age to ensure levels and learning remain as balanced as possible.

  • Developing technique and coordination

  • Age-appropriate games and exercises

  • Developing teamwork and self-confidence

  • Fun and encouraging atmosphere

  • Small groups to ensure teaching is as personalised as possible


Goal: to develop technical skills and enjoyment of the game according to the age and level of each group
Format: weekly summer coaching
Groups: maximum 4 players per session
Duration: 1 hour per session

Age groups:

  • 5–8 years

  • 9–12 years

  • 13–16 years
