Warm-Up and Strength – The Key to a Successful Game

Good preparation is an important part of padel, and PadelÄssä Joensuu offers excellent opportunities for this. Our warm-up and strength area is designed to support activating your body before the game and to provide facilities for developing physical performance. You can raise your heart rate, warm up your muscles, and prepare for your best possible performance.

Studies show that careful warm-up can significantly reduce the risk of injury and improve the playing experience. We recommend reserving 10–15 minutes to gradually raise your body temperature before the game. This preparation phase supports both safety and performance on the court.
